Which wood is for you?

BIRCH

Birch is an excellent choice, a lively wood with plenty of flame, easy to light and gives off great heat. Can also be used on outdoor fire pits and on Char Grills.


  • QUICK TO LIGHT
  • EXCELLENT LIVELY FLAME
  • GREAT HEAT OUTPUT

 

 

ASH 

A denser wood than Birch so less flame but slightly longer burning. A very popular wood with great heat output.

  • SLIGHTLY LONGER BURN
  • CLEAN AND HOT
  • SLOWER TO LIGHT THAN BIRCH
  • GREAT HEAT OUTPUT

 

 

OAK

A very dense hardwood, less flame than Birch or Ash, can be difficult to light but on the upside, a very slow burning log and again fabulous heat output.

 

  

 

  • A SLOW BURNING WOOD
  • BURNS WELL ON AN ESTABLISHED FIRE
  • VERY GOOD HEAT OUTPUT
